Yes. The checks are identical on every plan — a Starter domain is scanned exactly as thoroughly as an Agency one. Price scales with how many domains you watch and how often, not with how carefully.
You cannot add the domain until you upgrade or remove another. Nothing is scanned silently and nothing is billed as overage.
No. Every check is passive and external — the same view an outsider has. No agent, no credentials, no DNS change.
